Nurse Practitioner Consult

NOTE: This must be booked with all first-time bookings unless seen recently by Brittany Barnett, APRN in office. A consult is required before any infusion or injection can be administered. This is a one-time consult good for 6 months. If any new treatment is desired, you have a change in your health status (to include new diagnosis, allergies or medications), or the administering nurse feels a new consult is needed, you will require a new consultation before any infusion or injection is administered.
